Conflict coaching

"The quality of your life ultimately depends on the quality of your relationships . . "

Esther Perel

What if we told you that you could solve this conflict on your own?

You don't always have to be in the room with the other person.

Conflict coaching is a confidential, one-to-one process.

It provides a structure to help you develop a new perspective on a conflict that's affecting you.

Once you've explored the issue, you will be empowered to make a plan about what you want to do next.

You will also learn and practice the communication skills that will help you to address or resolve the problem.

Conflict coaching usually takes place over three to four sessions. A typical session lasts 60 to 90 minutes.

Conflict coaching is not counselling or therapy.

We do not explore the past in great detail.

We focus on your conflict and what you want to do to make things better in the future.

What our clients say

"I'm a psychiatrist but honestly had no idea what to expect from conflict coaching sessions. I also think we can probably be quite difficult clients .

I learned so much, and understood so much more than I imagined. We are now putting my work into practice.

The sessions are really practical and guided with insight.

I can't recommend highly enough."
